Located at 1 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA 01060 , Colonial Hilton and Page's Loft opened in 1968. It was later renamed Clarion Hotel and Convention Center. In 2015, the hotel was closed and the building demolished the following year in 2016, for the construction of new office buildings.
