On September 12, 1955, Turkey issued a set of four stamps commemorating the 10th Annual Meeting of the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held in Istanbul from September 12-16, 1955. Hilton Istanbul Hotel is featured on the 60 Krs stamp (Scott #1173). The border inscription reads IBRD and IMF Governors Assembly — Tenth Annual Meeting Istanbul 1955.
The other three stamps are: 15 Krs College of Literature, 20 Krs University of Istanbul and 1 Lira Maiden's Tower (Kiz Kulesi).
