Opened in 1966, the 24-story Hilton Hotel had 500 rooms and a 270-car 4-level garage.  It was rebranded as the Radisson ten years later.

In 2006, the hotel was sold and rebranded as Crowne Plaza St Paul Riverfront.  In 2014, the hotel was renamed as the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront.
