These Lanais have their own individual parking spaces, terraces, and all hotel conveniences including telephone and television in every room.

The Shamrock Hotel opened on St Patrick's Day 1949. The hotel was sold to Hilton in 1955. In 1957, two-story lanais were added to the pool. In 1985, the hotel was donated to the Texas Medical Center. In June 1987, the hotel was demolished.
